These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Jilivo ("the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the online gaming platform available at jilivo.cam (the "Website").

Jilivo is an English-language online gaming platform targeting users in Pakistan and other eligible markets. The platform provides access to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games and related entertainment services (collectively, "Services").

By accessing the Website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Website or any of the Services.

In these Terms, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player on the Website, through which the Player accesses Services and manages funds.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other permitted currencies as specified by the Operator.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, matched deposits or other non-withdrawable incentives credited to an Account pursuant to a promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Operator to confirm Player identity, age and the legitimacy of funding sources.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino and ancillary services offered through the Website, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots and promotional features.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager (turnover) before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan, used as the primary display and transactional currency on the Platform where supported.

To register and maintain an Account on the Website, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your applicable jurisdiction or by the Operator's license conditions, whichever is greater. Persons under the applicable minimum age are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds or participating in any form of gaming or betting on this Website. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close Accounts where age cannot be confirmed.

You must be located in a jurisdiction in which the use of the Services is not prohibited by applicable law. By registering, you warrant that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users are specifically reminded that local gambling laws may apply. The Operator does not accept registrations from jurisdictions it has internally identified as Prohibited Jurisdictions.

Each individual person may register only one (1) Account on the Website. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether directly or through third parties acting on that person's behalf — are prohibited. The Operator may close all accounts associated with a single individual if this policy is violated and may forfeit any Bonus Funds held therein.

You must be acting in your own capacity as an individual and not on behalf of any third party. You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must update your account information promptly if it changes. The Operator relies on the information you provide for KYC, fraud prevention and communication purposes.

The Operator may require identity verification at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a large win, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or irregular activity. Typical verification documents for Pakistani users may include:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport (both sides where applicable);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence, dated within 90 days);
• A liveness check or selfie, as directed by the Operator's verification portal;
• Confirmation of payment method ownership where required.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any third party. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. Report any suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.

By using the Website, you agree to the following conduct obligations:

• You will use the Services solely for personal, recreational entertainment purposes;
• You will not use the Services for any commercial, systematic or professional gambling purpose;
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to access or interact with the Services in any way not expressly permitted;

• You will comply with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Services.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Account, forfeiture of Account Balance and/or Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the Operator. For Pakistani users, certain local payment services — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and banking services provided by institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as familiar context. These references do not constitute confirmation that those providers actively support or endorse transactions to or from gambling platforms.

The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing fees are set out in the Operator's current deposit information page and may vary by payment method. All deposits must be made from accounts or instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds, and compliance with all applicable fraud and AML checks. The Operator reserves the right to process withdrawals within the timescales published in the platform's withdrawal policy, which may vary by payment method.

The Operator may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity appears inconsistent with account history. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

Where PKR is the account currency, all balances, stakes, wins and bonus amounts are denominated and displayed in Pakistani Rupees. Exchange rates, where applicable, are determined by the Operator and may include a spread or conversion fee.

The Operator may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers and other promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms. Failure to complete the Wagering Requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

Bonuses are available only to eligible accounts as defined in the promotion terms. The Operator reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility, modify bonus terms or withdraw a promotion at any time. Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly permitted by the relevant promotional terms.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using third-party funds, systematic low-risk wagering to fulfil requirements ("bonus abuse"), or any other conduct the Operator reasonably deems to constitute exploitation — may result in cancellation of bonuses, voiding of associated winnings and account closure.

All bets placed on the Website are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, sport or game. These rules are accessible from the relevant game or betting interface. General provisions include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the Operator expressly provides a cash-out or edit-bet feature, and only within the conditions of that feature;
• The Operator reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, feed failure or data corruption has occurred, where a market has been suspended incorrectly, or where the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity;
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event as published within the betting interface. These limits may vary by sport, market, game type and account status;
• Game outcomes for casino and slot products are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by live dealer procedures. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are illustrative unless otherwise confirmed by the Operator;
• Live in-play betting on cricket — including PSL matches, ICC T20 events, bilateral series and domestic competitions — is subject to network latency. The Operator accepts no liability for bets placed based on events that have already occurred due to data transmission delay.

The Operator is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be used as a means to generate income or address financial difficulties. The following tools and obligations apply:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases may be subject to a cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are prepared to lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a defined period or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and no access is permitted. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register new accounts;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the Website without prior written permission from the Operator, except as follows:

• Your computer or browser may temporarily store copies of Website content in RAM incidental to your access;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive — arising out of or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Website or Services;
• Any loss of data, funds or opportunities resulting from technical failures, network outages or third-party payment provider delays;
• Any actions taken by the Operator in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension, bonus forfeiture or bet voiding;
• Your reliance on any information, content or materials on the Website.

The Operator does not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons (non-exhaustive):

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable rules;
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or other financial crime;
• Conduct that is threatening, abusive or offensive toward platform staff or other users;
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations that necessitate account restriction;
• At the Player's own request, including for voluntary self-exclusion.

Upon legitimate account closure, the Operator will return any real-money balance to the Player via the deposit method or another approved channel, subject to the completion of all outstanding KYC and AML checks and after deducting any amounts owed by the Player to the Operator. Bonus Funds are not returned upon account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is registered and licensed to operate, as disclosed in the Operator's official licensing documentation.

Pakistani users acknowledge that local laws — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any provincial or federal regulations enacted thereafter — may govern their conduct in relation to gambling activities. These Terms do not create a right to engage in gambling activity in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — either by posting a notice on the Website or by notifying registered account holders via email — prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Website or Services after any changes to these Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Website and request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the document was most recently updated.
